, september 13th, 2012. police in baltimore are still on the hunt for a man who shot a person at morgan state university. investigators say a man walked into the campus student center yesterday, shot a man in the stomach and then ran off. university officials put the campus on lockdown. neither the suspect or the victim were students, they say. students received a text alert telling them about the shooting, but some say they still don't feel safe on campus. they say the school allows anyone on campus, which could be dangerous. >> do you feel safe? >> no, not at all. >> why? >> because if that can happen to people that don't go here, what about the students that do go here? >> a school spokesperson says the university encourages nonstudents to enjoy the campus. investigators say there could be possible security video of the shooter leaving the student center. >>> today the first man to set foot on the moon will be remembered at a public memorial service here in d.c. politicians, space explorers and the public will gather to honor neil armstrong's life at 10:00 this morning at the national cath
